Every citizen from farm to fork has a role in keeping BC's food safe. BC's first "full chain" farm to fork symposium will illustrate the importance of developing a culture of food safety.
Participants will hear from peers, scientists, regulators and educators the latest information and best practices to develop a culture of food safety in their organization.
This two day event is designed to engage BC food chain participants including business operators, producers, senior management, and food/quality professionals to develop strategies to improve the effectiveness of their food safety programs.
